SnapVideo is a service of Third Coast Films (Austin, TX) — "we," "us." By using this site or engaging us for video work, you agree to these terms.

The website

Package descriptions and prices on this site describe our standard offerings. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for your project are confirmed on your intro call and in writing before any work begins or payment is taken.

Engagements

• Scope. Each package includes the deliverables, revision rounds, and timelines stated on the pricing page as confirmed in writing at kickoff. Work beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately before we do it.
• Payment. One-time projects are paid up front. Subscriptions bill monthly in advance and can be paused (up to 2 months) or canceled anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period.
• Your materials. You confirm you have the rights to any footage, logos, music, or other assets you provide, and you grant us permission to use them to produce your videos.
• Ownership. On full payment, you own the finished videos. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
• Guarantees. Where a guarantee is stated on the pricing page (such as the Pilot first-cut refund or the subscription first-month guarantee), it applies as written to that package and is our maximum obligation for it.
• Turnarounds. Stated delivery times assume timely briefs, assets, and feedback from you; delays on your side extend the timeline accordingly.

Liability

Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for that engagement. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for how videos perform after delivery — we make great work, but we don't control the algorithm.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stands. We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version.
